Grenville FT Club

Hello from Grenville. We are the newest FT club in Canada having started up in early 2016.

Located on the woodland archery range at the Grenville Fish and Game Club at 2596 Campbell Rd N, Prescott, ON K0E 1T0.

We shoot all FT Divisions – Hunter, Open and WFTF. Match fee is $20.00, more details.

Grenville Field Target Club 2020 Schedule

The Grenville FT range is for .177 air guns only, using lead pellets.

1) Sunday, April 26th, 2020                                                    – 60 shot match

2) Sunday, May 24th, 2020                                                     – 60 shot match

3) Saturday July 19th, 2020                                           – 60 shot match

4) Sunday, August 9th, 2020                                                  – 60 shot match

5) Canadian Nationals – RESCHEDULED DATE

Sunday, September 19-20th, 2020                                  – 120 shot match

6) Sunday, October 4th, 2020                                                  – 60 shot match

Format for All Matches

Unless Notified of a Change

Match Agenda:

  • Gates across from the Clubhouse will be open at 8:00 AM for setup
  • Sight in / practice range opens at 9:00 AM.
  • Safety / information meeting will start at 9:45 AM. 
  • Match starts at 10:00 AM

 
Match Details:

  • Fee: $20 (Nationals is a different fee)
  • It is a 60-shot match
  • Shot on 10 lanes, in the designated area of the archery course.
  • 3 targets per lane
  • 2 shots per target
  • 2 shooters per squad

 
Covid-19 Requirements:

  • Social distancing rules will apply. 
  • The score cards will not be passed back and forth. 
  • You mark you partner’s score for the entire match
  • Hand the score card in at the end of the match.
  • You are encouraged to bring your own pen and clipboard,
    • Sanitized pens and clipboards will be provided if you cannot.
  • Bring your own hand sanitizer and wipes for your own safety and for others. 

It is recommended that you sanitize your hands after pulling the target strings, since everyone will be touching them.
